NOTICE OF BRIDGE CLOSURE

  • The Armstrong Rd. Bridge (Rice Rips Road over I-95) is being completely replaced due to “structural deficiency” and will be closed to all traffic this spring through the fall.
  • Expected bridge closure dates: March 11th through November 15th
  • The only access to Marston Road will from Rice Rips Rd via Route 23/Fairfield St.
  • For most clients, this will add approximately 5-10 minutes to your commute.

ALTERNATE ROUTES to Health Psych Maine:

From Exit 127 on I-95 or Kennedy Memorial Drive:

  1. Take Kennedy Memorial Dr (ME-137) toward Oakland.
  2. After 1.8 miles, at the stop light, turn right onto Fairfield St (ME-23).
  3. After 1.8 miles, turn right onto Rice Rips Rd.
  4. After 1 mile, turn left onto Marston Rd.
  5. After 0.4 miles, turn left onto Big Sky Ln and proceed to Health Psych Maine.

From Exit 132 on I-95:

  1. Take ME-139 west toward Fairfield Center.
  2. After 1.9 miles, turn right to stay on ME-139.
  3. After 0.7 miles, turn left onto ME-23
  4. After 3 miles, turn left onto Rice Rips Rd.
  5. After 1 mile, turn left onto Marston Rd.
  6. After 0.4 miles, turn left onto Big Sky Ln and proceed to Health Psych Maine.

From North Street in Waterville

  1. Before you reach the train bridge, take a right onto County Rd.
  2. After 1.8 miles, turn left onto ME-23 S.
  3. After 1.4 miles, turn left onto Rice Rips Rd.
  4. After 1 mile, turn left onto Marston Rd.
  5. After 0.4 miles, turn left onto Big Sky Ln and proceed to Health Psych Maine.

  4. Go through the Griffin Road intersection.
  5. Go about 1/2 mile.
